Lost over 200 USDT on MEXC due to system maintenance — only offered 45.9 USDT bonus

Hi everyone,
I want to share my experience with **MEXC Futures** in case someone else has gone through something similar.

I lost **over 200 USDT** in a position **with a Stop Loss activated**.
During a **system maintenance**, the **chart and price froze for over 20 minutes**. I was completely unable to close the position manually, and the Stop Loss didn’t trigger.

When the system finally came back online, my position was **automatically closed with a huge loss**. I have **screenshots and evidence** showing what happened — including the system freeze and MEXC's response.

I contacted support and sent **6 emails** with all the details. Here’s their reply:

* They claim the Stop Loss was triggered "according to my will" 🤷‍♂️
* They offered me a **45.9 USDT contract bonus**, which is **non-withdrawable**
* They said this is their **final resolution**

Honestly, I find it really unfair, especially since it happened while the platform was down and I couldn’t manage the position myself.

👉 **Has anyone else had a similar issue with MEXC?**
Any suggestions on what else I could do to escalate this?
