Hi everyone, my name is <redacted> and I'm an alcoholic.
I'm just getting into the stock trading thing and I'm noticing a few things. The market seems to be highly volatile right now, for starts. Dips, surges, and occasional flat lines that I find interesting and confusing.
My point is, in getting my feet wet, that I find myself shuffling things around. Jumping in, jumping out, just getting a feel for it. Is that a problem? Does that look bad? Do I look like a guy who has no idea what he's doing, because he doesn't?
Another question I have, in relation to dips and surges, is should I just buy and sell when I see those? I noticed some things dipping and surging 1/2% multiple times a day. Is it wise to buy and sell on those multiple times a day? Or should I just put money in and leave it alone?
