$CRML The Greenland Rare Earth Play with Holdings in EU

Wassup! Like many of you I am sure, have gone through the rare earth elements rabbit hole recently and found a promising play. Critical Metals yo is a fairly low float gem with mad potential. Everyone in their mom knows there is a an upcoming shift for new Rare Earth deals and Trump has POUNDED to the wall how he wants Greenland. The CEO, seems like the type of jabroni who can make money and has been tweeting about convos with Trump admin. **The mine in Greenland mine has shown potential for >= REEs supply in the world.** The EU plant is going to be huge as Europe is also effected by the recent China ban and doesn't have infrastructure.

Greenland: Kvanefjeld Mine = The Crown Jewel

Location: Southern Greenland

Asset: Kvanefjeld REE Project

Deposit Type: World-class, polymetallic. Huge in neodymium, praseodymium, terbium, dysprosium (NDPR – think high-performance magnets)

Size: One of the largest REE deposits outside China

Estimated Value in-ground: Tens of billions

Status: Pre-development. Permitting stage. Big focus on environmental consultation with local Greenlandic government.

Bonus: Also holds uranium, zinc, fluorite, and hafnium—aka potential vertical revenue streams.

If CRML pulls off Greenland, it becomes a multi-billion dollar company

EU Processing Plant in Estonia

Why it matters: EU wants local supply chains. CRML is setting up a processing facility there.

First Mover: No other rare earth separation plant in the EU has this level of integration.

Geopolitics: EU trying to decouple from China’s monopoly on REEs = big tailwind.

Catalysts Incoming

Permit approval in Greenland – would be game-changing.

EU designation as strategic project

Offtake agreements

Risks

My biggest red flag is their proforma and NAV. Its pretty rediculous IMO. [Heres a good link to learn more about it](https://x.com/JulianJung_/status/1907075537912336470)

Greenland has strong environmental and local governance. CRML needs to thread that needle.

Permitting can take time, and shorts will scream “never happening.”

Needs cash. Capex-heavy business. Dilution is possible unless gov $$$ flows.

The world is scrambling to secure rare earth supply. Greenland has the Trump hype and the China stuff effects EU just as much as USA.
