I Bought BULLW Warrants at $2.50 — Webull Just Went Public and No One’s Talking About It

Just a heads up for anyone sleeping on this SPAC merger…

I bought BULLW — the Webull public warrants — for $2.50 each.

These warrants give the right to buy 1 share of Webull (ticker: BULL) at $11.50, and they don’t expire until 2030.

Webull recently completed its SPAC merger, and the stock has traded as high as $80. Even if it settles between $25–35, that still makes each warrant worth $13.50–$23.50 once exercisable.

Here’s the key detail:
BULLW isn’t exercisable yet — it only becomes exercisable once BULL trades above $18 for 20 out of 30 consecutive trading days before 2030. That hasn’t happened yet, but given Webull’s size and brand, it’s not a stretch to imagine it happening at some point.

Until then, the warrants still trade on the open market — and I grabbed mine at $2.50. If this plays out right, the upside is enormous compared to the risk.

Could be one of the most overlooked setups in the market right now. Keep your eyes on it.
