can anyone clarify whether smartphone tariff is at 100% + like other chinese goods or if its only at 20%

in his truth social post he mentions that the products (implied to be electronics / smartphones ) are subject to an existing 20% tariff. so did he indeed make a tariff reprieve for these specific goods that are only at 20%. still a big tariff but less than the 100% + number i see. i think its 124 not sure. this is the exact quote

There was no Tariff “exception” announced on Friday. These products are subject to the existing 20% Fentanyl Tariffs, and they are just moving to a different Tariff “bucket.”
