If you bought UNH after the Luigi incident, now is the time to sell for a tidy 32% profit

At this moment, UNH is at $600, a 5 year high, probably due to Oz confirmation and Medicare private payment expansion. I don't see it staying there after the full budget reconciliation is passed. Temporary high in my opinion.
