For those that trade SPY regularly. How do you hold the option past 330? What kind of discipline do you tell yourself? I always say I am going to hold past 330 and I have never done it. I am always afraid of time. Has anyone ever had trouble off loading the option say by 400? If you are green of course? Very curious as I like to play SPY after lunch time. Please help a fellow trader out and explain how and what you do to hold past 330. Also if you have ever lost out on a profit due to time and no one buying the option from you.
