Regarding China 104% tariff, can't you just re-export items to avoid it?

I mean instead of taking 104% tariff just export the items you wanted to sell in USA to Vietnam for example, and then export them from Vietnam to USA for 0-10% tarrif instead of 104%

It will add some cost for sure, but EVERYTHING in USA is going to be at least 10% more expensive now if not more, so it doesn't really matter and there isn't a cheaper alternative.

It is for sure orders of magnitude cheaper than having factories in USA and paying x100 the salary to people
