Is there anyway to search for stocks that have historically tracked each other?

With the major drops in the market, I’m thinking of harvesting some losses for tax purposes. But I don’t know that I want to be out of the market.

I know you can look at industry indexes and different things like that, but was just wondering if there’s a way to search for stocks that have tracked each other closely even if unrelated.
