Basically the body of the question. I've always been the outsider looking in and admired the financial world and just now am getting to a point in my life where I can seriously start investing for the future. I'm only 29 and think I can make some serious progress by 40, 50 etc.
With that being said, the market is doing...things right now.
I've always been told that old adage of "buy low, sell high" and everything seems to be pretty low right now. Is now a good time to start investing? If so, in what? S&P 500 ETF? VOO? REITs?
What's the move here?
