Before anyone tries to make this political; l'm not a democrat nor a republican, not a huge fan of Trump, Kamala or any politician for that matter. I don't subscribe to the 2 party system that so many of you fall victim to.
The question is simple, unless you're <5 years away from retirement, why would you sell? We know it's nearly impossible to time the market, and we know "this time is different" is the most common statement used any time there is a correction or recession. Do you think this is it? That the US will never recover? That the world will just ignore the world's largest consumer market, because of tariff's?
All the research I've done tells me to hold, even when it's hard to stomach. Of course, maybe I'm wrong. In which case, feel free to reference this post a couple years from now to throw it in my face.
