First of all, I had a great income because of my business. Got like 500k after tax after 6 months. I got into crypto, first only investing spot, then I saw what yo can win with trading. Well, wasn't the best decision. 1 los 20k and then I tried to get it back and lost more.
I hate myself for that. What can I do to not think about i anymore and just move on? I still have my spot and will keep it, but nothing will bring the 100k back. Should 1 ju leave it here and take it as a lesson? I think so. But afte losing the great amount my brain just realized it.
