What companies do you think will benefit most from the opening of US National Parks to oil Timber and mineral extraction?

Looking at the options for independence from Alliance on other sources of mineral oil and Timber which will be critical as political landscapes change, I wonder about which companies might benefit most most from the opening of US National Parks to oil, timber, Mineral extraction in the near future. Specifically will they be foreign companies paying licensing fees to the US and sharing extraction outputs between them? Or do you think they will be solely us companies? It will be interesting to see the impact this has on all economies as well of course on the environment
