Hi, I am a beginning investor. I saw LUD (Luda Technology) moved today and I am trying to analyze the stock but I have a question. Multiple financial websites (e.g. yahoo finance) list the quantity of shares as 22.5million but they recently had an IPO three weeks ago that issued 2.5million shares.
Can anyone explain to me why there would be such a discrepancy (9x more shares) than there were 3 weeks ago?
