Why have the German stocks been rising fairly quickly even though Germany's been in recession since 2023?

So I'm using DAX PERFORMANCE-INDEX as a reference. I invest in American stocks but because of my general curiosity, I started doing research on other countries' stock markets. According to what I read, Germany has been in "recession" since 2023 and their economy either had negative growth or zero growth and yet, their general stock prices have been growing steadily and relatively fast. How so?
