Any one else's brokerages have problems trading last 20 minutes before 1 pm PST today

I have an Ally trading account and I wanted to get out of my SMCI positions/shares before market close today as they may miss the deadline to file today or extend the deadline. Anyone else have problems making a trade between 12:40 and 1 pm PST today? Support guy on the phone tried to put the order through but said they have been experiencing problems just prior to close today, so he couldn't get the order in also. So pissed the basic functionality of trading didn't work.
