It really sucks seeing as to how AI robotics is the obvious next step in evolution and yet us retail investors have no power to invest in any of the most promising startups.
In the US, there's companies like 1X and FigureAI and Boston Dynamics. All are private. Of course there's Tesla but we all know that company it's going downhill cos of Musk politics unfortunately.
In China, there's a famous one called Unitree, that may even have robots more advanced than what US makers have achieved. Yet it's also private.
What's up with this? Why are all the robotics startups private? Anyway is there any other alternative to invest in AI robotics then? Like a special manufacturing component similiar to how people invested in NVDA to indirectly bet on OpenAI?
