Posting this here because the echo-chamber over at [r/picoinetwork](https://www.reddit.com/r/picoinetwork/) requires you to be an active KoolAid-drinking member of the community with 200 karma in there before you can post anything, and the other crypto reddits auto-banned me for posting a "spam" link to PiCoin's broken support.
As a software engineer and someone who's also been an actively mining member of Pi for 5+ years, has a decent amount of Pi and really wants this project to succeed, the writing on the wall isn't looking good. Countless, months-old password reset/lockouts issue in that Reddit that have gone unanswered, more bugs in a few minutes of using the app than I've ever encountered in any live app, and to top it all off, a Jira support/bug reporting portal that is itself broken (can't link to it or else I'll get banned for "spam" on this subreddit too).
It's sad to say that if these "computer scientists" can't use the free ad revenue they've received from years of mining to run this project competently, things are gonna start crashing and burning very soon, and at the very least a LOT of the potential/value of this project is gonna go up in smokes. I for one really hope they get their shit together soon.
