I 25F turned $35 into $1000 last night at the Super Bowl and I would really like to own a second property by my 30th birthday. I have never really invested in anything before (aside from buying my current house last year) and I would like to hear input on how to structure a 5 year plan for this goal.
My household income is around 100k a year before taxes, and we are a family of 5.
