Does anyone have experience with their stock and how restrictive it is? I'm a situation where a person can do a buyout on their end but the conditions are ridiculous (divorce, they want keep a portion due to taxes for vested stocks that I assume were already withheld during marriage. Other option capital gains but no clear information of what the price was when vested or if they are going to attempt to do the entire stock price as a gain, no clearly showing stock history and policies). This makes transferring make sense but what is the policy on transfers from bytedance, do they do buybacks with non-employees? Am I able to sell on Hiive?
