Reposting because the typo in my original title was driving me crazy.
I'm looking to diversify my Roths by putting more into an international mutual fund. Currently I have 10% in FZILX; I'm going to increase my international exposure to 20%, but I'm not sure if I should put it all into FZILX or into a more actively managed fund like FMIJX.
Some info about me:
- 25 years to retirement
- High risk tolerance
- I don't see myself moving from Fidelity.
FMIJX does have a pretty high ER at 0.94, but over the life of the fund it's brought in over 2.5% more than FZILX (it's much older than FZILX though), and 4% more in just the last 3 years.
When I write it all out, I think the answer is clear, so I'm not sure why I'm apprehensive about it; I think it's the high ER.
