Dark pool trading becoming an issue and how will it effect us little guys?

I saw a video showcasing that the trades done for stocks through dark pooling reached 52 percent in 2025. This is the first time they have crossed that barrier. So, that means 52 percent of all transactions are done behind closed doors.

This was from a video from a creditable Youtuber I listen to.

Funny enough a few days prior my company beat eps and earnings and the stock fell 25 percent and everyone even in Yahoo/stock twits comments was asking what is going on?

What do you guys think of dark pool trading? Are billionaire corporations and billionaire individuals going to push us little guys out?

Do you guys think its just a hoax and we will be fine?
