I am planning on selling stocks that have fully vested from an old company that is in a brokerage account. I want to cash out the funds, deposit them into a bank account, then transfer them into Wealthfront. Are there any additional tax implications for doing this instead of cashing out the stocks and then depositing them directly into Wealthfront? Thank you for any help in advance!
