Hey Guys, I got a job as a business analyst recently in a uruguay company. They're still a start up, we had multiple interviews , and the thing is they want to pay me in USDTs which I know nothing about. The role and work seems legit but I'm not sure about the salary option tho. What should I do and can I convert USDTs to currency and get a payout easily? Or how does it work? Can people in the same sector explain please?
