Just dropping in after doing some research on this. My friend was explaining this to me and explained it from a standpoint that it is essentially a pyramid scheme because the higher up you are, the less “fees” you pay.
Based on everything I’ve read this is more of a long game type of scam:
1. TSAI lures you in with lucrative ROIs: anywhere between 10-30% with first 30-60 days and then subsidies after bot deployment has been completed.
2. The pyramid scheme: Building out your group - the more you invite, the more lucrative your position is - you are also building a piggy bank in TSAIs network - many reports of peoples withdraws being suspended and no way to access funds. In one instance, an entire network of 170 people were all clipped at once - No one to call and no one to reach out to consider that money gone. Even @ $1k a person, thats $170,000 TSAI walks away with
3. You also need to send a picture of your ID front and back to confirm identity. However, you can only transfer funds in, you can only transfer funds in - there is no buy feature that you are able to buy with fiat from your bank or CC.
My theory in what TSAI strategy is:
-Build trust by allowing new traders to win - If someone invests $1k and makes $500, they now think “Man this is easy!” They withdrawal some crypto with no issues and now there is trust. This time they deploy $10k because it was so easy the first time. Once TSAI knows pattern of purchases - they can decide to clip withdrawals at any given time. Who are you calling to get your unbacked funds from TSAI?
-the higher up you are, the more you get away with - these higher level managers are valuable in farming new investors so they need them to stay around. They focus on clipping individuals or lower level manager groups and keep those funds.
-Probably the most worrisome of all - you decided to trust this company and give them your ID scanned, front and back because most crypto exchanges these days ask for this. Behind the scenes, TSAI sells your card information at some point. Maybe not immediately, but down the line, I can almost guarantee something will pop up and by that time, you will have already forgot about TSAI.
The golden rule in crypto is never invest more than you are willing to lose, but with TSAI, I’m confident you will face repercussions long after you lose your funds.
