What do you guys think? My gut tells me we starting to accumulate again. Finally getting some doji's in the 80 - 82 cents range. My play is hopefully institutions step in and buy up the float. When they get the stranglehold, the price should go through the roof. DCA in at .82 cents. Yolo!
