This question is for the preferred holders (STRD/K/C/F) - Why do you guys hold the preferred instead of something like SPYI (neo sp500 income etf). SPYI also pays \~12% annual with monthly payment, has a much better risk profile based off sp500 (with derivative components to generate yield while sacrificing some gains during bull market), has the same return of capital tax advantage.
