If you live in NYC, you would know $SG is the OG for fast casual healthy eating. Yes, it has collapsed since Covid but the brand is still very strong as its digital ordering IP. It’s currently rallying and I see Chipotle $CMG has a potential acquirer of the $SG brand and IP. Bill Ackman of Chipotle could easily make this happen. Curious if anyone else is looking at the $SG upside.
