I do own this with less than 10,000 shares. APR LOOKS like it is about 220% cost to Borrow this morning with Hard to Borrow status at all Brokers. This ran 3000% in 2021 on Phase results & wasn’t shorted anything like this. Phase 3 due any day Plus insiders own 53% of the stock and they have it locked up.
