Bought today after their Q1. Want 🐻 to talk me out of it before I get attached. CEVA is a semiconductor IP licensor. Maryland, market cap about a billion. They design chip IP (DSPs, NPUs, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, UWB, 5G) and license it to chipmakers. Don’t fab anything. Closest comp is ARM but smaller and aimed at edge devices.
