Month to month (missing Oct and Nov 2025) price changes for American cities have been at 0.3% for the most part, which is around 3.6% annually if the trend holds. Pre-market indices (S&P, Dow, Nasdaq) generally trending down as of now while DXY is up. I think the past two days of rallying will at least flatten out today.
