Netflix's current position as the top streaming service cannot be maintained if Netflix doesn't own AT LEAST ONE major Hollywood studio. Now that Paramount owns Warner, and Disney owns Fox, Netflix literally has no other premium Hollywood content beyond Sony Pictures.
