I’ve use to own a bunch of Wendy’s shares paying a nice 3-4% dividend as the #3 player in the US back in the day. They had a Dutch Tender Offering in the mid to late 2010’s for like $21 or $22 a share so i sold them all. Haven’t looked back up until late 2025 when i found it on my dividend screened paying >6%.
