SEC filings (https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/cvna/sec-filings) indicate that insiders dumped millions in stock after Gotham City’s short report (https://www.gothamcityresearch.com/post/carvana-bridgecrest-and-the-undisclosed-transactions-and-debts) and pending lawsuit (https://www.bfalaw.com/cases/carvana-class-action-lawsuit). Some of these were planned, but some appear to be reactionary. I’m sure everything is fine “under the hood”. Anyway…CVNA 2/13 380p
