Let’s just say for the sake of argument that the "goldilocks" era of US tech dominance is over. Between the massive debt load and the dollar in secular decline, we might be looking at a 2000-2010 style "lost decade" where the S&P 500 basically returns 0% (or less) in real terms. If you’re convinced the US market is about to be "dead money" for the next 10 years, where are you actually putting your capital to stay ahead of inflation?
