Hey r/investing! I've been tracking Howard Hughes Holdings (NYSE: HHH) for a while - prior to the announcement, we all knew that it was 11.5% of Pershing's long-spot US position (see [here](https://olympus-trade.com/dashboard/pershing-square)), and there was a time last year when Pershing was literally swallowing up the stock - with insider purchases every other day.
