So I bought 4 call options on HIMS at 45$ for $3000 flat (45 days until expire) Fast forward to today and HIMS is at 54$ a share. I would have expected it to be worth $3000 (time of 42 days) + $4000 (10$ increase x 400 shares) But it’s only worth $5000 why would it not be the same time value and then 4000 extra?
