I'm fully confident that the subprime mortgage bubble isn't really a bubble. Sure the economy has been in a technical recession for some 12 months however it looks like it's gonna end by 2009. We're almost mid september so soon we'll get Q3 reports, so I chose to go full in with 500k. Thoughts?
