My mistake!! The bond tender was intially extended to Aug. 12, but has since been further extended to August 18, with closing to take place Aug. 20. Sorry! Today is the last day for the bond tender. Charter should announce the results no later than tomorrow and perhaps today after the bell. This could result in a pop in the share price. Thursday the California regulators will vote on the proposed merger. That is the last of the regulatory hurdles. …
