Just going to throw this one out here as a Value Investing idea CE Celanese Corp. For those willing to consider something outside of digital/tech. I happen to like it. Trading at $43.00, 7.2X their full-year guidance of $6.00 EPS (reaffirmed in [earnings report today](https://investors.celanese.com/news/celanese-corporation-reports-second-quarter-earnings/4f485280-d86f-43f3-8068-de01ca04a02c)) and near a 13-year low.
