Is there a difference in cost with buying a fund direct with vanguard or through a third party like Trading 212?

I understand that you pay a platform fee as well as fund when direct with vanguard but what if the fund was bought with trading 212. Would you only pay the fund fee in this case or would you loss money by not going direct because Trading 212 would have a less attractive spread or something?
