Hi, I'm trying to understand this rocket in demand for silver and I see that a huge talking point is that it's needed in AI data centers. This is where I'm a little confused.
Let's say silver keeps rising. AI-centric companies will need to spend more money to acquire the silver-related resources they need. This either means companies will not be able to sustain the spending or they need more investments and bailouts from other parties.
In the case that they are not able to justify the spending on silver resources, they'll either have to pull back or find alternatives. Won't these decrease the demand in silver?
In the case that the companies are able to find or have enough funding to supply it, won't this keep increasing the demand to a point where they can't? This would also require a hefty addition to the amount of money already invested in AI, which, in the midst of constant bubble talk and money loops, may not look that feasible.
With how everything is reaching peaks at the same time, it feels like the economy is relying on some sort of infinite money stream.
Did I miss something? Is there a huge demand for silver beyond AI data centers? Is this just a simple case of supply and demand that I'm not getting? I'm quite new to this so I'd appreciate any insight
