Given all of the recent hatcheting of budgets and staff by Musk and Trump, it seems likely that unemployment could spike in the coming months. Coupled with layoffs from tech firms, and AI being used to replace workers, it seems like this might be difficult for the country to recover from.
I can't help but think that this is inevitable, but I guess I could be wrong, is anyone else seeing this writing on the wall and investing accordingly?
