$120k in an IRA, $40k in a Roth. Someone tell me what I should be doing now?

I max my Roth out already. Someone tell me what I should be doing with the IRA and anything else. I also have more than I should in a HYSA, looking to move that into the market but not sure where since my Roth is maxed already? I’m 33yrs old, and I want to retire as early as possible 🙂
