The shares are held directly by AT&T Venture Investments, LLC, with AT&T Inc. having indirect beneficial ownership. Both entities are considered members of a 10% owner group according to the Amended and Restated Stockholders' Agreement dated June 5, 2024. The reporting persons have filed jointly pursuant to Rule 16a-3(j) under the Exchange Act.
