It slows me down, helps me to stay grounded and engage with myself and others with more clarity and sincerity. </p><p>So I’ve slowly moved from posting social media to only posting here because I desire community and dialogue, not just content and clicks. Recently though, I got feedback that made me want the question above. </p><p>A friend said to me: </p><div class="callout-block"><p>“You write a lot and I can’t read it all. But I know that when I have time I can come here and I love hearing what you have to say”.</p></div><p>That was the BEST! At the same time, I know the pings in your inbox 2-3 times/day can be annoying or overwhelming.
