American Express wouldn’t be affected as it doesn’t need any AI investment to pay off for it to make revenue. They still rake in cash from their credit business and their cards are still popular among younger people because of the status of having one.

Costco is Costco, their valuation might be high but it’s one of the highest quality businesses in the world. If everyone flocks to buying gold it looks like Costco will end up being the beneficiary.
